【摘要】 PET/CT是目前医学影像诊断最先进的设备之一。它将正电子发射断层显像(PET)与计算机断层摄影术(CT)进行同机图像融合，保证了功能代谢显像的可靠性，且提高了影像定位诊断的准确性。本文简要介绍了PET/CT的发展、原理以及在炎症显像中的应用。

    【Abstract】 PET/CT is one of the latest Medical imaging system. PET/CT can not only provide high quality attenuation correction map，assuring reliable data correction of position emission metabolic image，but also can perform image fusion with integrated CT and PET. It improves the accuracy of localization in metabolic imaging. The developing process and the principle of PET/CT，preliminary clinical applications in inflammation are summarized briefly in this paper.
